HIRE KARTS are available all year round (except Fridays & some weekends) for you to enjoy. Please phone us to book your hire kart session/adult event in advance of coming to the circuit. You can refer to our calendar for dates that hire karts are running.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your session for a weekend or school holiday booking. Full payment up front is needed for a mid week booking.
Our HIRE KART packages are listed below, sessions starting from £25 per person. See the adult only event options Lydd15 / Lydd30 / Lydd45 / Lydd60 / Lydd90 and Lydd120 that are suited to groups wanting fun on the full circuit. All the necessary equipment is provided, with a full safety briefing preceding your event.
Persons aged 17 and under are to be accompanied by a responsible adult while on site here please. People can watch from the track side, viewing platform or from inside the clubhouse.
We sell gold, silver and bronze medals in reception at £3 each, these are ideal for children’s parties, we can provide a set of trophies for your event at an additional cost. Please notify us if you would like a set beforehand. We also sell balaclavas for £3.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers can be purchased, either at the circuit or over the phone.
They are valid for 1 year.

On the FAMILY circuit
6 years and over
Bambino Karts – 6 – 7 years of age
Cadet Karts – From 8 years – 11 years of age
Junior Karts – 12 years and over (Including adults joining a family session)
Family Sessions run on the Junior Circuit. A family session is where you can join children on the circuit. (A maximum of 9/10 karts can go on the circuit at any one time). Please be advised that parents and adults use the Junior karts for these family sessions. (The senior twin engine Prokarts do not run on the junior circuit)
All our karts are fitted with a safety system allowing us to slow you down or stop you if we feel this is necessary for safety reasons. This is the decision of the Race Director and is final.
On the SENIOR circuit
17 years and over
Our adult hire kart events use our senior twin engine Prokarts. (Up to 12 adults on the track at any one time). You must be 17 years old or over. ID may be required, please bring this with you and show reception staff upon arrival. (No proof of ID may mean no adult karting)
Our Lydd15 and Lydd30 events are not exclusive to your booking. We can add other parties to your group.
Our Lydd45, Lydd60, Lydd90 and our Lydd120 endurance events are exclusive.
As a guide only, our adult karts can take a size up to XXXL and a height from approx 5ft (1.5m).

We can also offer Team Endurance Events either a Lydd90 (£160 per team) or a Lydd120 (£190 per team).
Both endurance events are based on a min of 10 teams / max of 12 teams. Both events have a 1 x 20 min qualifying session.
